William Jacobs is the founder and owner of Sonic Courier. He incorporated Sonic Courier in Tampa Florida in 1976 after working as a driver and manager for Vizina Delivery Service in Detroit Michigan. Sonic is the oldest courier service in the Tampa Bay area and has expanded its operation throughout the state of Florida.
Sonic celebrated its 30th anniversary in February 2006. Sonic's success can be attributed to its ability to provide quality service, maintain state-of-the-art technology and retain a professional and effective team of managers, employees and drivers.
The dedication of Sonic's team has allowed him to pursue his many interests with his wife Pat. Those interested include flying his new Cirrus SR22 aircraft, scuba diving and cruising on his yacht the LADY PATRICIA, throughout the East Coast of the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.
In his spare time Bill sells used cars, land, whisky manure, fly swatters and racing forms. He is also capable of fighting wars, starting revolutions, taming tigers, emptying bars and quelling uprising. Preaching and leading Revival Meeting is also among his many talents.
